Match Background: This will be a last man standing bout. Asuka is making her debut at this show.

The Match: Trying to channel the spirit of Misawa, Lioness Asuka ends up chanelling Lex Luger instead and nails a running forearm to the face, minus the steel plate, of course. Lioness Asuka smashes a Playstation console over the head of Inoue. Should have used an X-Box, they're much bigger. STIFF~! chop lights up Inoue who covers up to try and stop the agonizing PAIN! Bodyslam by Asuka. The referee is counting: 5....6....Takako Inoue is back up. Takako Inoue fights out of a grapple. Takako Inoue connects with rights and lefts and Lioness Asuka is down! The referee gets to a five count....and Lioness Asuka gets back up. Nice piledriver on Asuka. Asuka blocks the suplex attempt and is able to hit the suplex instead! DEATH VALLEY DRIVAH~! by Lioness Asuka just KILLS Takako Inoue! Takako Inoue can barely stand. Here it comes - Towerhacker Bomb. The referee counts to 10, this match is over! Lioness Asuka offers a handshake to Inoue...and she accepts it!

My Opinion: A wise man once said 'Can I get a side of bland with that bland'. He's dead now, though. That's what this match was...bland. **

Franky kicks Fred La Merveille in the gut to reverse the momentum. Franky The Mobster hits some punches. How generic. Franky slams Fred La Merveille down and motions to the crowd. There's a two count on the pin. Massive lariat! Stan Hansen would approve. Hooks the leg! ONE...TWO...NO! Franky The Mobster with a spinning neckbreaker on Merveille. Franky walks into a drop toe hold. Fred La Merveille hits a stalling suplex on Franky. Covers for a quick two count. Fred La Merveille plants Franky with an EXPLODAH~! suplex. Pinfall attempt: ONE...TWO...NO! A Gut buster connects on Franky and hits hard. Big forearm by Fred La Merveille makes me want to go to the mirror and check MY teeth. Franky The Mobster powers out of a Fred La Merveille headlock. BAAACK Body drop by Merveille gets a bit of a pop from the crowd. Death valley driver (not to be confused with the DVD 500) by Franky The Mobster connects and Fred La Merveille is down! Don Callis comes running down the aisle and into the ring! Fred La Merveille turns around. Don Callis spins Merveille around. Don Callis hits the Superkick! Callis leaves the ring, the damage done! ONE...TWO...THREE. Franky defeats Merveille. Franky The Mobster, having taken the victory thanks to the outside interference of Don Callis, goes over and shakes hands with him, showing that their plan was a success.

My Opinion: When I give out 3/4*, it means that I'm being REALLY nice about it.

Match Background: This will be a hardcore bout. Lacey is making her debut at this show. She also works for WSU and WreLis. Trinity and LuFisto have been feuding recently. LuFisto has yet to get an in-ring victory in this feud.

The Match: LuFisto hits a right hand. Hip toss onto a chair by Trinity! Lacey avoids a Trinity avalanche by getting out of the damn way! Spinebuster by Lacey. Massive backbreaker on LuFisto and I get happy flashbacks to Bret Hart's Five Moves of DOOM. Hooks the leg for a two count. Flying knee to the face from Trinity. For the record it was more of a Rusty Wizard than a Shining one. Hooks the leg! ONE...TWO...NO! Lacey kicks Trinity in the gut to reverse the momentum. Frying pan shot by Lacey. LuFisto scores with a big spinebuster. LuFisto moves in for the kill. Here it comes - Mangalizer. 1....2...3, it's finished.

My Opinion: I'll give it a *3/4 rating. If you think of it like currency, it's a 1.75. You can't even take the subway with that anymore here. Work harder man.

Knight drops an elbow...but Bo Rotundo moves out of the way. Massive back suplex! Seth Knight got snapped in half, but not literally because that would just end the match now wouldn't it. Jonny Storm whips Jody Fleisch in for a hard clothesline to follow-up. Jody Fleisch with a whip into the ladder. Osamu Nishimura fights out of a grapple. Hard back suplex on Fleisch. Come to think of it, that move had WAY too much power in No Mercy for N64. Fleisch gets hip-tossed onto the ladder! TIGER DRIVER~! '91 nearly crushes the spine of Jonny! Jonny Storm gets sent flying to the outside. Meanwhile, Jody Fleisch is climbing the ladder! PAC \ Nishimura see it...and run forward, knocking the ladder over! Fleisch gets sent from the ladder, over the top rope to the outside! PAC \ Nishimura set the ladder up, and climb up to claim the prize and get the victory! The fight has started up again! PAC \ Nishimura attacks Fleisch and Storm, and they brawl all around ringside, then into the crowd! They eventually disappear backstage, still fighting.

My Opinion: I really shouldn't drink when I'm reviewing matches. Especially with Scotsman, I can't drink nearly as much, so I try too hard. It was either ** or ****, but I guess I'll have to compromise and say ***.

Match Background: This will be a tables bout. Portia is making her debut at this show. She also works for SHI and WSU. This match is for the SAW women title.

The Match: Ashley Massaro goes to slam Portia through a table, but she manages to escape. Ashley Massaro hits a crappy missile dropkick on Portia. Ashley Massaro gets taken down out of nowhere! Flying elbow from Portia Perez connects. Portia Perez goes to suplex Ashley through a table, but she slips out the backdoor. Ashley Massaro pulls a mule kick out of nowhere. Badly executed second rope splash by Ashley convinces me that I can do better. Portia blocks a kick from Ashley Massaro. Springboard dropkick from Portia Perez. Nicely done. Portia throws Ashley Massaro onto the table, climbs to the top rope...and uses a flying elbow drop to collapse the table and pick up a victory. Portia Perez slides to the outside and grabs a chair, then climbs back into the ring. Ashley turns around...and gets planted with a huge chair shot to the head! She is left down and out on the canvas.

My Opinion: DUD. That's about all I can say without getting into obsenities.
